These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of uncx.com and any software or services provided by UNCX, LLC ("UNCX," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing uncx.com or using any UNCX product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
UNCX provides Cortex Nexus Collections (CNC), a local-first desktop application suite that includes AI workspace, email, DNS, VPN, CMS, and payment tools. CNC runs on your machine. UNCX does not host your data or act as an intermediary for your AI provider calls.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) your own API keys and credentials used within CNC; (b) your infrastructure and network configuration; (c) compliance with the terms of service of any third-party AI providers you connect; (d) maintaining backups of your local data.
4. Intellectual Property
All UNCX software, branding, and content are the property of UNCX, LLC. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from UNCX software without written permission.
5. No Warranty
UNCX software and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNCX, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use UNCX services ceases immediately. Data stored locally on your machine remains yours.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
